Vietnam ToursAn independent itinerary journal for Australian travellers

Editorial desk

Write to the publisher, not to a booking engine.

The form on this page reaches the editorial inbox. It cannot issue a visa, hold a cabin, or change a flight. For official travel advice, use Smartraveller.

    About this journal

This is the contact route for the independent publisher of vietnamtours.com.au. The form below uses FormSubmit to reach the editorial inbox. Use it for questions about the journal, for source corrections, and for notes about heritage URLs that should redirect. Do not use it to send passports, payment details, or booking requests.

If you need official Australian travel advice, open Smartraveller’s Vietnam page. If you need a Vietnamese e-visa, open evisa.gov.vn. If you need consular help, use the embassy and consulate contacts listed by Smartraveller. Those institutions can do things this inbox cannot.

What to include

A useful message names the page you read, the sentence that confused you, and — if you are correcting a fact — a URL to the official source. A useful heritage-redirect message names the old path in your address bar. A useful editorial question can be short.

An un-useful message attaches identity documents, asks us to “approve” a visa, or asks which operator is cheapest. We will not answer those as if we were a different kind of business.

After you send

You should see an on-page confirmation if the form reaches FormSubmit successfully. That confirmation is not a booking. It is not a visa. It is not a promise of a reply time we would have to invent. If the form fails, try again later; this page will not silently fall back to a mailto: link.

The rest of the journal — home, regions, lengths, season, visas — remains the right place to plan.

Please do not test the form for fun, and please do not paste a full itinerary asking us to “sense-check the hotels.” We do not inspect hotels. We can tell you if a day-count looks like a raid, because that is geography, and geography is our subject. We can tell you to re-read a climate page. We cannot tell you whether a particular room exists.

If you are a journalist or a researcher, say so in the topic and the first line. If you are trying to sell us a tour product for the homepage, the answer will be no — this is not an OTA and not a sponsored grid. If you found the domain through an old advertisement, welcome anyway. The journal is the current use of the name. The form below is the door to the people who keep it. Official travel emergencies do not belong here — they belong with local emergency numbers and with Australian consular contacts listed on Smartraveller.

Why this shape of trip

When to use this form — and when not to

A good message is a question about the journal or a correction with a link. A poor message is a passport scan or a request to “hold four seats.”

  1. 01

    Source corrections

If UNESCO, Smartraveller, or Vietnam Tourism has moved a page we cite, send the new URL.

  2. 02

    Broken heritage redirects

If an old path from the domain’s advertising era does not land on a hub, tell us which path you used.

  3. 03

    Editorial questions

If a hub is unclear, say which paragraph. We can clarify the journal. We cannot clarify your specific visa file.

  4. 04

    Not a visa desk

Use evisa.gov.vn and Smartraveller. We will not take application data.

  5. 05

    Not an airline

Schedule changes sit with your carrier.

  6. 06

    Not an operator

Licensed businesses take bookings. We do not.

Direct answers

Questions, answered first

Each answer opens with the point, then the context. This is planning education, not a booking script.

Where can I contact the publisher?

Use the form on this page. It posts to the editorial inbox used for this journal. It is not a telephone booking line and not a visa service.

For consular assistance, use the Australian Embassy in Hanoi or the Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City as described on Smartraveller.

What should I read before booking anything?

Smartraveller, the official e-visa site if that is your path, climate pages for your regions, and this journal’s length and region hubs. Then book with someone who is actually allowed to take money for travel.

Do not send us the booking. We cannot store it usefully.

This form reaches the publisher. It cannot book a tour, issue a visa, or change an airline ticket.

Prefer a hub to an email if you are still planning

Most planning questions are already answered on the regional and length pages. Use the form when those pages are wrong or unclear.
